Manage and grow a team of Business Development executives which are:
Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new
markets. Identify the prospect company structure.
Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients. Approaching
prospects via email or social media to establish rapport, sending out samples for
product experience and set up sales call or meeting.
Creating sales pitches. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.
Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data.
As Director, you would also need to manage larger accounts and would still be expected to take part in sales presentations as well as assisting your team.

at least 5 years Proven experience as a sales professional in a B2B environment. Candidates with a software sales or similar would be preferred.
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Enthusiastic and passionate, with a proven business acumen.
At least 2 years experience in Managing a sales team
Business level proficiency in English is a must as our clients are based in the US.
A MINDSET OF SELF IMPROVEMENT IS A MUST!
Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
Enthusiastic and passionate, with a proven business acumen.
