Business Development Director

JOB BRIEF
EBS (Enterprise Business Services) is a competency unit of FPT Software (~1000 staff) providing Core ERP (SAP, MS Dynamic 365 preferred) and surround applications together with digital transformation for big enterprises around the world.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Director for EBS to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Is responsible for sales consulting of EBS’s solution and service
• Lead Sales Consulting Team to develop marketing documents for main solution and services of EBS
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or IT field
• Demonstrated business development experience; experience in a professional consulting services firm would be an advantage
• Significant experience in a client-facing role and/or an understanding of Core ERP services market would be an advantage
• Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing business opportunities
• Experience in developing and leading relationship building activities with enterprises’ C-level or high level executives
• Experience in leading multi-national team and working for multi-national markets
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English or Japanese
• Willingness and ability to travel and be flexible
