Mô tả công việc
Business Development
• To lead and/ or support in a team of Investment staffs to explore / source for any opportunities of acquiring or leasing land and / or properties to expand the Company’s educational land/ properties in Vietnam.
• To prepare investment paper which includes feasibility studies with detailed financial modelling on the potential projects, market researches on the demand and supplies, risks management, deal structuring and any other relevant information for the Board of Management’s decision making.
• To prepare the due diligence process in coordinating with external consultants and internal departments and advise Board of Management on the results of the due diligence and the recommendations.
• To coordinate with relevant internal departments in preparation of the business cooperation agreement, license application and financing agreement
• To be responsible for filing all official writing communications with external parties in soft and hard copy and communicate regular update for relevant internal departments and future reference.
• To participate in relevant networking events organized by the Company, associations, authorities and developers to facilitate the development of Investment Department.
• To provide the Head of Department with monthly update of real estate market, education related information that might be beneficial for the operations and development of the Company.
• To support with developing a manual for the operations of Investment Department under the guidance of the Director of Investment and Project Development.
• To facilitate all other required administration works to support the implementation and realization of the business opportunities/projects.
Project Management:
• Support Project Management team on project basis in accordance with the assignment from Head of Division and/ or Management
• Carry out the project administration and coordination for construction management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum Degree in related disciplines
• 3 years of working experience in either real estate, marketing and sales or project management
• Active and positive work attitude
• To be able to handle stress and to deliver various tasks in tight timeline
• Ability to multitask and willing to travel for business trip
• Communicate well in English (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) and Vietnamese
