Business Development Cum Project Manager

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to company rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Overlook project from start to finish
- Work with internal and external suppliers to deliver high quality products on client requirements
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- 4-5 years of experience in Business development & Project Management
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Strong networking preferred;
- Proficient in creating business and sales proposals
- Self-learning, able to pick things up fast, and extremely resourceful;
- Proactive, energetic, fast pace, meticulous.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Experience working with different supplier on different marketing fields (digital, events, video production)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
