Business Development Cum Project Coordinator

Business development (~50%)
• Establish, develop and maintain new and existing business relationship with prospective and existing clients in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s Information Technology (IT) solution services.
• Formulate and implement strategies for the division supporting the company's business plan.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
• Explore new project opportunities by relationship building with key decision makers and top management team of potential clients.
• Establish and maintain good customer satisfaction indices. Timely survey for overall company improvement in order to achieve higher customer satisfaction index.
• Undertake special and ad-hoc assignments and any other related duties and responsibilities as and when required.

Project Coordinator (~50%)
• Oversee and coordinate the software development projects, ensuring deliveries as per project milestones agreed during the business development process.
• Collaborate with software development teams to ensure delivery of best-in-class products
• Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders pertaining to the project deliveries and deal with project risks and issues promptly.
• Ensure timely gather of business requirements and ensure generation of necessary requirements documentation.
• Inspire and motivate others to bring out the best of their abilities
• Participate in employee performance.

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related IT fields
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT application Business Development and a or 2 years of Information Technology management experience in the areas of application development, project management, and project deliveries.
• Experience in managing team of various skillsets and project stakeholders would be an added advantage.
• Proven capabilities in business development of IT application and responsible in solution delivery are a must.
• Familiar with software development methodologies of Scrum/Agile or waterfall is a plus.
• Experience managing or working with offshore teams is a plus.
• Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal & communication (both written and verbal) skills in English.
• Pro-active with positive attitude. A team player and able to work independently. Well-coordinated, takes initiative, able to work under minimum supervision and articulate ideas into tangible form.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Decisive and results oriented in carrying out his/her role and responsibilities.
• Able and willing to travel at short notice as and when required.
