Business Development Coordinator

- Assist Business Development Manager in developing & maintaining a high-quality product portfolio
- Implement the on-boarding process of new partners/products and support daily operations: Upload new products onto KKday platform, coordinate with suppliers and other departments (Operations, Customer Services, Finance, Marketing,…) to ensure smooth operation & enhance customer experiences.
- Continuously ensure the quality of products by creating rich-content product, manage updates and revisions to product information
- Support existing partners with inquiries, questions and technical concerns.
- Assist with ad-hoc initiatives when necessary

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Familiar with travel related products in Southeast Asia destinations is a plus
- Bachelor degree in hospitality or business management preferred
- Strong problem solving skills & ability to collaborate with other team members from different cultural background
- Excellence English skills, fluent in written and spoken Chinese preferred but not required
- Preferable minimum 1 year working experience in the related field, but fresh Graduates welcome to apply
