Mô tả công việc
- Conduct research and approach potential companies with the aim to present and sell services and expand company's business network, mainly be by email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings;
- Identify sales prospects and contact prospects, prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of results;
- Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge; Pro-actively monitoring changes to various regulations and briefing to colleagues;
- Identify and resolve client concerns; Provide regular follow up on inquiries received;
- Support existing partners with the guidance of the Manager; conduct and partake in seminars;
- Administrative and marketing duties; Assist in drafting related content;
- Handle the Business Development Strategy and any other relevant duty as assigned by the Manager to assist with the smooth running of the Company;
- Opportunities to travel overseas.

- Sales focused and result-orientated;
- Demonstrate fluent ability to build rapport with prospects and clients quickly and in a professional and courteous manner;
- Proactive and have mature demeanor;
- Self-development, independent and patient;
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow; work under high pressure to achieve goals, work proactively, fast but correctly and efficiently;
- Excellent communication, presentation & strong interpersonal skills;
- Organised and have an eye for detail, analytical & sales skills;
- Be assertive, agile, a team player, and a service attitude;
- Have a vision, creative ideas, and strategic thinking;
- Needs to be honest, hardworking and reliable;
- Successful experience in sales position or related to a similar industry;
- Good command of written & spoken English and Vietnamese;
- Willing to travel;
- University Degree.
