Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a Business Development & Salesperson who involves identifying new sales leads, pitching products and services and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

- Coordinate sales and business development efforts with the Director and other members of the team
- Research and communicate with potential clients on a weekly basis
- Cold calling and emailing to build a lead database
- Following up with warm leads to gain traction for future sales strategies
- Represent the company at trade shows, job fairs or other events beneficial to the development of the brand

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- At least 1-year working experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account or similar role
- Understanding of social networking and online trends
- Experience in Moderation industry
- Good communication skills, fluency in English
- Knowledge and experience using the suite of Microsoft Office software
- Negotiation & persuasion skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Good business sense and plenty of initiative
- A deep understanding of marketing principles
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Demonstrating a positive, can-do, proactive attitude
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field is preferable
