Business Development Analyst

- Provide commercial support for current customers.
- Gather quotations for ad hoc or out of scope activities/costs to present to customers with validated quotations.
- Follow up customer for ad hoc or out of scope activities/costs for approval in timely and professional manner.
- Support existing business contract renewals.
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders (operations and finance) to ensure cost approvals with current customers are timely and accurate.
- Support management in establishing annual budget for existing customer accounts.
- Gather current and accurate cost driver inputs to support cost model development.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
- Report for property group/ Get approve from portal of group

- Ability to build good the relationship with customer
