Business Development & Media Executive

* FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Help ensure the LEEP APP consistently grows and constantly improves through strong business development and effective planning and development for media and marketing tasks paving the way for the LEEP App to become an industry leader.
* REPORTS TO: Manager of Content Production / Production Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
[50% Media/Marketing Duties]
1. Work closely with manger with day to day admin work, reports and coordinating all media/marking duties.
2. Help develop campaign ideas and assist with development of marketing collateral.
3. Assist with media production with scouting location, booking for shoots and being present and assisting on set and communicating with freelancers.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
 All admin work and reports completed on time 100% of the time. Measure weekly.
 New ideas presented at least 2 times per month. Measure monthly.
 Marketing and media collateral always completed on time/budget. Measured weekly.
 Shoots are planned ahead and executed smoothly 100% of the time. Measured monthly.
[50% Business Development]
1. Analyze data from the system, do market research and identify data to improve the application.
2. Supporting users – Trainer and Client
3. Supporting our partners, creating new opportunities with them and developing relationships with new partners.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
- Research & reports completed on time 100%. Measured weekly.
- Clients and trainer issues supported effectively 100%. Measured bi-weekly.
- Current partners are kept consistently happy working with us and new partnerships are developed. Measured monthly.

- At least 1 year experience in business/marketing – strong English skills.
- Strong research & organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Outstanding work ethic and desire to grow.
- Knowledge in the production of digital assets.
- Desire for growth
