Mô tả công việc

1. Support paper work for customers:
- Manage daily original documents for new account opening process: CRF, LOA, business license… check enough and correct information, approved on system, keep record and filling these documents.
- Follow up the scan documents and ensure all documents are recorded and filled in proper method.
- Support to get signature and chop LOA, scan to record and send back to sales to give customers.
- BD audit: Filling documents and workplace audit.
2. Support key customers to follow their shipments:
- Export shipments: follow up and contact with UPS Overseas to resolve shipment's problem.
- Import shipment: support to export on Ecuss system and check delivery date and preference on ISPS
- Import shipments: support to export on Ecuss system and check delivery date
- Create AWB +INV and schedule a pick up as request from customers and follow up to resolve shipment's problem.
3. Other admin works:
- Follow credit application request for customers: check request form, send to FA, follow the approval status and inform the sales team
- Receive and record documents (Taxi, claim,…) to another apartments
- Received information and inform the hold shipment to sales team
- Make GA, Credit note for BA- GW cases
- Back up other PCAs/CSR when they are on leave
- Other reports and tasks as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- University Graduated (Preferred Major in Economics or Im/Export)
- Have working experience in Sales Admin or logistics Company is an advantage.
- Fluent in English
- Good in MS Office
- Good in communication
- Patient, responsible and carefully
- Ability to handle multi tasks and willingness to get things done.
