1. Finding, winning and keeping industrial customers for KAEFER in VN
2. Market KAEFER IASP service scope in VN
3. Prepare annual business plans as part of SEA’s profitable growth strategy
4. Engage with target customers and build long-term client relationships
5. Monthly reporting on activities, project pipeline and order intake performance to VN country manager
6. Focus on plant owners who are in need of heat management solutions
7. Be part of SEA’s regional sales team
8. Collaborate with KAEFER colleagues in HQ (Germany) and other regions

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Age range 30 – 35 years
2. Engineering degree
3. Fluent in English language
4. Sales experience of at least 5 years
5. Experience in industrial services & project business models
6. Overseas working experience to be preferred
7. Entrepreneurial mindset
8. Self-driven and positive personality
9. Willing to travel (50% of time) within VN and SEA
Rights
10. Salary: 15-25mil VND
11. Bonus: Based on the Company Annual Operation.
12. Annual Health Insurance/Check.
