This role will be responsible for seeking Clients in Consumer Health, Nutrition, and Pharma and liaising with regional & local departments to craft business proposals, service, and solutions to Clients; engaging in contract negotiation, preparation, and management. Coordinate business integration and building industry contacts, keep updated with market trends for business strategy purposes.
• Perform market research and build relationships with relevant players in Consumer Health, Nutrition, and Pharma.
• Identify and reach out to potential new clients Clients in Consumer Health, Nutrition, and Pharma.
• Prepare business proposal to win new Clients in Consumer Health, Nutrition, and Pharma.
• Support the BD Director, including liaising with regional and local department personnel, to prepare business proposals which are in line with the client’s needs, following guideline from regional office if needed.
• Engage in the negotiation of contract. Contribute to contract preparation & management with contract manager.
• Lead or assist in contract renewal negotiations
• Present new products, services, and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with regional and local department personnel and other internal colleagues to meet Client needs.
• Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
• Identify internal and external opportunities to increase ZP’s business
• Attend and play an active role in industry functions, including association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Be aware of changing business trends and regulations which may impact ZPV or its Clients. Work on proactive strategies to benefit from business/regulation changes.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiation.
• Engage in strategic planning
• Fill in monthly/weekly/quarterly files for the regional team
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
• Write articles for Market Partner, Quarterly Market update and others as assigned,

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor or Master of Science preferred. Finance Degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Have 4-8 years working experience at similar roles. Experience in Nutrition, Logistics is an advantage
• Fluent English is a ”must” (spoken & written)
• Good at Excel, Power Point and data analysis
• Pleasant interpersonal and communication skills
• Good presentation skill.
