Job summary: BOM (Bill of Material) and inventory cost snalysis
1. Controlling BOM cost:
1.1. Summarize actual BOM cost and do analyze gap between many kinds of BOM cost.
(Actual BOM this month vs last month, actual BOM vs STD BOM)
1.2. Making related report and analysis based on request from others.
1.3. Checking allocation ratio that buyer maintain quarterly and do related analysis.
1.4. Checking and maintain material price to system.
2. Controlling AP (Accountable Payable):
2.1. Control and solve issue in payment process of Raw material, ensure payment can be done on time and with correct price/amount.
2.2. Reconcile AR-AP if FIH Accounting request.
2.3. Prepare supporting document for internal audit quarterly
2.4. Following special cases: Rebate, Payment blocking, liability payment…
2.5. Foresee related issue/solution related to AP for new projects/ business.
3. Inventory
3.1. Making reports to headquarter or other requesters both urgently and periodically about inventory with analysis.
3.2. Audit PI and make PI report.
3.3. Following process of clearing excess material in stock & open PO.
4. Develop and maintain internal control processes / procedures for factory’s operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Educational background: Bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting or Business administration are preferred.
2. Experiences: 2 - 4 years in similar position of cost management in manufacturing company.
3. Skills:
• Having analytical and problem solving skill.
• Good at English both in speaking and writing.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under high pressure and fast pace.
• Communication and teamwork ability are required.
• High morality and integrity are requested.
4. Others:
Related intensive training certificates and SAP experiences are preferred.
