Mô tả công việc
1. Calculate and analyze MVA cost and BOM cost by comparing these data between actual and standard. Visualize the abnormal scenarios and co-work with other teams to improve.
2. Control raw material payment process in Hanoi factory’ stage: invoice verification. Co-work with relevant team to solve related issues.
3. Maintain raw material’s information in SAP. Coordinate with other teams to solve relevant issues.
4. Support other teams on checking and making price for quotation or any relevant calculation of projects
5. Making reports to headquarter or other requesters both urgently and periodically: GR report, factory general report…
6. Develop and maintain internal control processes / procedures for factory’s operations.
7. Month-end closing
8. Inventory control (e.g. weekly inventory monitoring analysis)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Educational background:
- Bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting, Business administration or related major
2. Experiences:
- At least 3 - 5 years in similar position in manufacturing companies
3. Skills:
- Having analytical and problem solving skills
- Good reporting skill; Be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Good at English both in speaking and writing
- Ability to work under high pressures, challenges.
- Soft skills such as team work, independent working skill…
4. Others:
- Related intensive training certificates and SAP experiences are preferred.
