Job summary: Processing fee and investment control
1. Plan budget:
• Build and analyze operation budget (OPEX)
• Simulate standard processing fee of products.
• Review capital expenditure investment plan and conduct benefit over cost analysis of projects.
2. Control actual cost:
• Calculate and analyze products’ actual processing fee in monthly base, visualize the abnormal scenarios.
• Conduct actual processing fee reports and report to top management.
• Cooperate with other departments to control monthly operation cost, investment cost within budget limits while keeping high efficiency and quality of production.
• Promote cost reduction ideas and lead cost reduction activities.
3. Develop and maintain internal control processes.
4. Undertake any others controlling tasks required by top management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Educational background:
• Bachelor degree of Finance, Accounting or Business administration
2. Experience:
• 5-6 years of cost management in manufacturing company.
• More than 2-3 years in team lead position.
3. Skills:
• Good analytical and problem solving skill.
• Good origination, team building skill.
• Good time management skill.
• Good communication in English and Chinese
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with SAP FICO module.
• Communication and teamwork ability are must.
• High morality and integrity
