- Assist managers on entire office operation including accounting and HR.
- Assist managers on report preparation and analysis
- Assist managers with monthly / quarterly financial closings
- Manage data collection and compilation for accounting and financial operation
- Manage expense, invoice and payment processing
- Perform timely and accurate account reconciliations
- Manage data collection and compilation for HR operations
- Being in charge of work of moderate complexity. Finish assigned jobs with speed and quality.
- Deliver results on ad-hoc jobs assigned from managers or assignment leaders.
- Digitalise documents
- Complete required training
- Assist managers on report preparation and analysis

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Undergraduate or under postgraduate, major in HR or Accounting will be preferred.
- Effective communication skills, Fluent in written or oral English/Korean
- Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in ERP will be preferred.
- High attention for detail
- Understanding and complying with company rules and policies
- Professional and objective at all times
- Good team player, able to handle with stress and self-motivated.- Able to be on duty for 5~6 workdays a week
- Effective communication skills, Fluent in written or oral English/Korean
- Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
