Business Assistant

-Assist property owners by looking for tenants or buyers for their apartments.

-Liaise with clients to obtain all the necessary documentation to be familiar with the project.

-Willing to share knowledge and experiences with team members.

-Undertake the inspections and update any properties for sale.

-Following up payment process with the admin team.

-Liaise with the department’s staff and with regard to sales issues.

-Attend training courses as required.

-Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports on time.

-Assist Sales Manager in taking care of clients. 

-Have knowledge in mid-range real estate

- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

- Experience working as a Business Development Officer, Sales Staff, or similar positions

 - Able to work independently, under the work pressure

- Types of work: Offical staff/full time

- Understand the indicators of business performance

- Ability to self-promote, self-set specific goals and focus on realizing goals

- Proficiency in sales, communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in organizing skills, time management

- Confidently offering to many types of customers

- Proficient in relationship management skills

- Fluent in English

- Be open to feedback

Probation: 2 months

Working times: Mon - Fri ( 8:30- 17:30) & Sat: 8:30-12:00
