Business Analyst (Temporary 12 Months)

• Support division in all controlling related activities in the process of planning, execution, control and measurement of profitability, through the provision of information and analysis that achieve operational efficiency.
• Ensure implementation of and adherence to global Controlling strategy and directives and implementation and operation of global and local systems, tools and processes as well as alignment of global guidance with local specifics
• Provide high-quality reporting information and knowledge- and judgment-based analysis in standardized format to the Finance Business Partner for decision support
• Operate and execute divisional country planning & forecasting according to guidance from Finance BP
• Master data management (cost center, allocation, COPA & CCA cycles …)
• Handling accruals process (e.g OPEX, rebate, outward freight )
• Handling reimbursement & Billing documents
• Manage R&D Controlling (if organized in the country)
• Coordinate, operate and execute transactional activities of divisional Marketing & Sales support (e. g. credit management ) if not organized within Commercial Support
• Other reports/tasks as required by the manager

• Professional in Business Administration, Auditing, Economics or Allied.
• A Minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling; preferred: Business budgeting, control, procurement chain and strategic planning
• Experience with developing and implementing accounting and finance principles and practices
• Planning methodologies, business process development
• Analytical skills, structured approach, proactive and self-motivated
• IT systems oriented, with an excellent knowledge of SAP / BW environment
