Business Analyst (Product)

We are looking for a brilliant Business Analyst to partner with our product management team to help improving & delivering Chợ Tốt products to empower the daily lives of millions of Vietnamese people via a smart & efficient C2C marketplace.

About the job:
Business Analysts provide quantitative analysis, market expertise and a strategic perspective to internal stakeholders throughout the organization (mostly Product & Management team). As a data-loving member of the team, you’ll serve as an analytics expert for your partners, using numbers to help them make better decisions. You will weave stories with meaningful insight from data. You’ll make key recommendations for your fellow Chotot Engineering and Product Management team.

As a Business Analyst, you can see different angles of a product or business opportunity, and you know how to connect the dots and interact with people in various roles and functions. You will work to effectively turn business questions into data analysis, and provide meaningful recommendations on strategy.

Major functions and tasks:
- Conduct data analysis to make business recommendations (e.g. cost-benefit, invest-divest, forecasting, impact analysis, cohort analysis…etc).
- Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual display of quantitative information.
- Develop and automate reports, interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for business priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and complete full cycle analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.
- Help Chotot to focus on key decisions to improve products and services.
- Be a part of the team to form up the vision and communicate the plan to and inspire Product & Engineering team.

– Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any field, with good scholastic records

– Critical, reasoning and logical thinking

– Strong analytical and problem solving skills

– High level of competencies in Excel & Powerpoint

– Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

– Strong time management and attention to details

– Great work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude

– Able to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure

– Strong command of English and Vietnamese language

– Knowledge of property industry, data mindset and SQL are strong advantages
