Business Analyst (Membership Program Builder)

To form part of our team of experts in Ho Chi Minh city, we are seeking for a highly motivated and logical individual with an eye for detail & flair for problem solving.
- Position : Business Analyst (Membership Program Builder)
- Division : VN IT
- Working place: Level 2, Broadway D, 152 Nguyen Luong Bang Boulevard, District 7, HCM
- Working time : 7h00am – 4h00pm, Monday – Friday

This role is part of TPF Fulfillment Operations team and will collaborate with other Membership program builders, operators and developers to create a business solutions for clients based in overseas.
1. Receive client’s requests & build up the membership program:
- Evaluating client’s program, analyzing and anticipating requirements for build into internal system;
- Documenting requirements and submitting them into Build request to IT;
- Conducting tests and communicating the results to sales team & clients;
- Managing Build progress to ensure the success of the program launch within the allowed timing;
2. Maintain the membership program:
- Managing Daily requests and SLA Operations;
- Managing Inventory and Users;
- Analyzing and answering queries from sales/clients/ warehouse;
- Identifying causes, effects, solutions when errors occur and fixing errors as well as implementing solutions;
- Handle others tasks assigned by Team leader/Manager;

Professional skills/ knowledge:
- Have background in Business Administration, Finance or IT;
- Have knowledge about programming and data structure;
- Be proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel (Table, formulas and pivot table), Power point and Outlook;
- Be a great communicator in English;
- Be a detail-oriented and goal-driven person;
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently within the team and business stakeholders;
- Ability to work under pressure and driven results for ad-hoc request in short notice;
- Ability to follow process, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- Ability to remain effective when faced with changing tasks, responsibilities or people;
Desirable skills:
- Understanding of relational databases;
- Ability to read and write SQL statements;
