Business Analyst

• Function/ Division/ Dept: Finance Accounting
• Company/ Location: TN Vietnam

* Objectives:
• Promoting efficient and effective Finance & Accounting Process
• Providing financial analysis support for Management and Operation
• CAPEX Pipeline Monitoring
• To promote internal control policies and procedure
• Monthly forecasting, 3 Years development plan, and annual budgeting

* Main Tasks:
• Weekly & Monthly Sales Report Monitoring
• Variance Analysis
• Production Cost Monitoring
• Review for all significant fluctuation on Balance Sheet & P&L
• Liaise with Internal and External Audit
• Define and update Accounting Policies and Procedure for TN-Indonesia in compliance with: IFRS, Nureco Policies and Tax Compliance
• Promote and monitor compliance to Accounting Policies and Procedures
• Timely and accurate monthly closing in ERP & HFM
• Assist in preparing data for Tax Consultants
• Assist in any project assigned related to Finance, Accounting, Tax

* Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position:
• Education: Bachelor of Accounting
• Working Experience: 5 Years
• Technical & Professional Knowledge (or certification):
o ERP & Business Process Understanding
o Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel)

* Competencies:

o Advanced Accounting
o Tax Compliance & Reporting
o Proficient in English
