Business Analyst

• To drive Business Analytics & Insights, Forecasting Excellence, and support Commercial Operations Lead in preparation for Strategic Business Planning and related exercises (Pre-AD Preparation & Business Cases).
• The role will forge strong links and alignment between CRM/CVM Manager and other functions (specifically Sales & Marketing), to increase/maintain effectiveness and efficiency of resource allocation
• The role will also lead and support ComOps Lead in establishing and tracking agreed performance standards or KPIs in line with the achievement of the ROPU Country’s business objectives and long-term goals.

• Impacts sales force effectiveness through processes, tools, technologies and customer insights
• Support execution of marketing strategy

• Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics.
• At least 5 years in the similar position, experience in market research, analytical.
• Experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical priority.
• Fluent in English.
• Good presentation skills
• Good communication/interpersonal skills
• Proven records of working in cross-functional teams
• Office computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Influencing, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
