Business Analyst

*Role Description
We will equip our external sales force with a single tool, that will have a dual role. First to make sure we gain visibility on the stores they visit, our brand presence, .. allowing us to have a better investment strategy per store. Secondly, to equip our sales teams with a marketing tool to support their efforts at point of sale. That role requires working with our IT department to leverage domestic efforts and adapt it to our needs. It requires as well working with our distributors to implement the tool locally
Primary Responsibilities
• Doing Inspection and monitor stores to gain visibility and brand’s presence.
• Plan the strategy and do the budget in order to reach the brand presence.
• Collect all the survey data at sites (store / distributors / agents) and work with the channel marketing manager to support sale team’s efforts at point of sale.
• Work with domestic team to leverage Singha survey implementation.
• Define our BCP that will support the local efforts and guide Singha Survey parameters.
• Working with the IT team to leverage the sales performance.
• Have the Singha Survey version ready in each country in their local language, with training materials.
• Have a monthly reporting structure on KPI’s.
• Train and support our distributor sales force to use the tool.
• Work with Marketing to make sure monthly content is updated in the tool.

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-6 years Modern Trade Commercial experience, Marketing Management, and sales Management.
• Strong with regional experience and to understand other cultures.
• Strong knowledge and experience in managing distribution programs.
• Good command of both English & Vietnamese in speaking, reading, and writing
• Resilient and able to work under pressure & business dynamic.
• Proficiency in IT savvy, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
