Aviva is looking for (Sr) Business Analyst who will drive transformation projects by working with internal & external customers in order to bridge between customer needs and development team making sure customer needs will be delivered in an effective and efficient way.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with fantastic colleagues to provide our customers with leading edge features. The Business Analyst will lead the projects from conception to deployment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Fulfill business analyst role on projects supporting the Business Consultants and Project Manager to identify and assess business impacts and risks, solve complex issues, provide recommendations on options, and help define end state of desired changes
• Engage business partners and SMEs to identify and document business needs
• Work with business partners to ensure IT development and implementations are meeting business strategies
• Technical knowledge expertise during info delivery session/s to end users
• Execute business acceptance testing including preparation of test plans, execution of test cases, documentation of results, filing of defects
• Develop and/or provide input into internal and external communications and user documentation
• Collaborate with channel Training teams in the development of internal training and awareness collateral
• Support project implementation testing and sign-off recommendation
Requirements:
• Extensive knowledge / experience in Insurance industry or Financial Services
• At least 7 years of solid experience in Business Analyst in big projects
• Strong knowledge of diverse business processes and applications
• Strong collaboration, listening and facilitation skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (Vietnamese & English)
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Results oriented individual and an innovative, lateral thinker
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization and time management skills
• Highly adaptable to change
