Working Location - Nơi làm việc: Working in hospitals/ clinics in Thu Duc HCMC and Binh Duong province.

1. Mục đích công việc - Role Objective:
- The business analyst’s primary objective is helping businesses implement new solutions in a cost-effective way by analyzing current internal/outneral situation, predicting future, proposing the goal, milestone and schedule, making cooperation with stakeholder.

2. Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ chủ yếu - Principal Duties & Key Tasks

2.1 Trách nhiệm - Responsibilities
- The business analyst needs to have abilities to analyze internal and external situation, find out the problem, develop the plan to solve it and support an implementation.

2.2 Nhiệm vụ chính - Key tasks
- Develop reports, proposals, procedures, and business summaries to enhance and support strategic and operational plans.
- Develop continuous process improvement methods applicable to the field and designs plans for implementation.
- Work with other team members to perform financial analysis, draw conclusions and make recommendations to leadership.
- Participate in calculation, validation and updating of cost saving initiatives.
- Gather data, analyze information, develop conclusions, communicate recommendations clearly and work effectively with others on a team.
- Demonstrated business planning

- Have good temperate to handle disputes and emergencies
- Ability to multitask
- Fluent in English
