Mô tả công việc
- Assess current business and operational processes, create and deliver solutions to identify opportunities for consolidation or optimization.
- Market research, competitor research, market trend study, to improve company strategy and potential improvement.
- Identify potential solutions to meet business requirements ans give advise on business & operation improvement.
- Work on project bases, develop specialized knowledge and lead work streams or small projects.
- Data analysis, including CRM, Finance, HR data, etc. Generates BI Dashboards, and other ad-hoc, reports requests.
- Proactively advice on process optimization with the best practice in the industry.
- Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve accuracy and value.
- Strong communication and cross - functional work across from global team to local team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College Degree in business and any field related to IFM Services.
- 2 - 3 years experiences in the fields.
- Good English is a must.
- Good networking skills and customer-orientation.
- Creative and outgoing personality.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Profound knowledge of MS office tools and Internet applications.
- Hardworking, willing to learn, independent, organized and creative.
