Business Analyst

- Explore global securities trading industry to understand the trend of technology which can apply to company business development
- Make proper research studies of feasibility and capabilities to adopt new technology solutions to Vietnam Market in general and SSI in particular.
- Study the business needs and assist business users on solutions to support business development and fully utilize the system capability, or fill in the gaps between expectation and system capability.
- Ensures alignment, coordination and communication to the business and IT for all deliverables and key metrics consistent with input/direction from the affected project managers.
- Provide single point of contact with the business end user departments, IT project manager, Vendor with respect to project activities
- Provides oversight into the Analysis of business requirements and ensures that the information systems solutions address complex business needs
- Delivery business requirement in UML. Transform business requirement into IT system requirement.
- Develop program plan and manage well the task force list target deliverable.
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems. Assure control workflow well in place with any project activities.
- Consolidate and/or compare external research report with internal report for management having global view of the market status and new trend business support IT solution.
- Prepare and present to get approval of management for any new solution proposed.

- University degree in Information Technology or Business Administration or Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years full time working experience as a IT Solution/Service Pre-Sale, Project Manager/Coordinator, Business Analysis or Business Development.
- Independent, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Willing to learn new things and ability to adapt with changes.
- Good presentation or research skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and English.
- Good in English speaking and writing.
- Securities Service knowledge are a great asset.
