Business Analyst

Gather business requirements from stakeholders.
Assist stakeholders to define requirements and give recommendations.
Create Business Requirement Definitions document.
Ensure project is going & manage Project planning document follows company policies & standards.
Assist PM on project scope, estimation and planning.
Assist PM on change requests for continous project improvements.
Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development team to clarify requirement with development team (developers, testers, UI designer) in both business and system analysis view, support defining test scenarios in UAT/SIT

Bachelor degree preferably in IT.
Obtaining IT knowledge-base.
Fluent English to be able for directly communication.
At least 2 to 3 years working in analyzing requirements.
Basic experience in programming languages.
Basic knowledge on database such as database schema and simple SQL query.
General understanding and experience of business processes.
Capable of understanding a broad range of business models and needs.
Specific business knowledge on financial area is a plus.
Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.
Have a proactive attitude & capability working independently.
Willing to travel
