Key responsibilities:
• Acting as a bridge between the business and IT.
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Recommends controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
• Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions.
• Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Translating business requirements into functional, non-functional and technical requirements to include business processes, workflow diagrams, use cases along with requirements of user experience, system access, security, mobility, data integration, data entry and reporting.
• Facilitating workshops, risk assessments, focus groups and meetings with project stakeholders, user groups, product owners and other subject matter experts to elicit, gather, analyse and document requirements.
• Documenting best practices, business processes, requirements, technical documentation, system guides and release notes.
• Participating in testing activities, reviewing test cases and test results, organising reviews, tracking feedback and facilitating UAT.

Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of IT systems including business application processes, experience with CRM, Inventory management.
• Good command of English communications skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
• Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes.
• Outstanding presentation, communication and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to technical and non-technical audiences at any level.
• Adaptable, fast learner and proactive.
• Have knowledge about programming and data structure.
• Knowledge of IT systems including business application processes, experience with CRM, Inventory management.
