Business Analyst (Generalists Categories)

We are looking for a self-motivated and strong Business Analyst for Chotot Generalists (Home Appliances, Pets, Fashion & Accessories, Fashion, Moms & Kids, Hobbies, etc.). The ideal candidate will take responsibility for overall Generalists business performance via producing useful users insights, optimising product features, applying proper growth model to improve user engagement and maintaining healthy users retention.

***RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understand and analyze market, competition landscape and user behaviors which involve users interviews, brand tracker research and data deep-dive analysis. Propose and execute timely initiatives to strengthen Chotot’s dominant C2C position in Vietnam market.
- Produce insightful dashboard given by data sources, monitor and report all metrics important to the business operation (buyers, sellers, revenue).
- Build users funnel and optimise users experience in order to shift Casual users to Core users and Power users.
- Segment and grow users based on their behaviours/journey. Conduct experiments, A/B testing in order to optimise users experience and improve users engagement.
- Optimise premium features usage (bump, sticky ad, etc.) of Generalists paying sellers.
- Work across teams to coordinate product planning and communication with users.
- Prepare monthly reports and presentation materials as and when needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- A Bachelor Degree in areas related to Marketing/Business is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong critical thinking
- Competency in data analysis and ability to identify key challenges and come up with feasible, scalable recommendations
- Self-motivation, strong time management and attention to details
- Great work ethic and a can do attitude
- Competency in Excel, SQL, Big Query
