Business Analyst (Foody)

• Supporting the development and planning of cross-function campaign
• Support to design and implement new KPI policies/ schemes to help drive business forward
• Constantly involved in the daily operation and track and analyse performance metrics
• Monitoring campaigns against KPIs, be fully aware of trends and analytics, success and risks in
order to increase sales.
• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including internal product development
teams, operation teams and customers;

• 2+ years of experience of working with or supporting the activities in revenue/ sales-oriented
business functions (including but not limited to: Business Development, Sales, Marketing etc.)
• Experience working in F&B or e-commerce service industry is a plus.
• Ability to work and collaborate with different functions to achieve common goals.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese plus strong interpersonal
skills;
• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for the details – the candidate must demonstrate an
ability to logically divide up a problem, identify and resolve contradictions and ambiguities;
• Highly creative, flexible and adaptable with good follow-through;
• Ability to work in a start-up environment with initiatives to find problems and solve them.

- 12 annual leave days (1 additional day for each year of employment)
