Business Analyst - Commercial

1. Commercial analysis - DFR GT:
- Provide the Full DFR Tracker- GT by regions by sub channel;
- Distributor investment analysis. Yearly review on FD, KPI support, Headcount support investment;
- Update Monthly DFR GT by activities / regions/ channel actual vs RE/BP;
- Consolidate and review monthly DFR RE with CLTs to analyse the variances vs. BP;
- DFR IO by programs, by channels implemented. Target is 85% of off invoices captured by IO;
- Review schemes for MKT programs/sampling for MKT activation with accuracy and on time.
2. Commercial analysis - DME Analysis:
- Drive DME between regions (investment & efficiency...);
- Quarterly track POSM investment by activities, by regions with transparency in DME spending;
- Reinforce VIP rack investment analysis quarterly;
- POSM inventory utilization (current status/ new plan to take action);
- Implementing zero based budgeting for key program;
- DME reports by regions, channels, by activities with plan vs. actual;
- Ensure the accuracy and standardization of data in DME spend.
3. Reporting:
- Update net landed price quarterly by brand/pack to compare with pricing vs. LY, BP;
- Ensure the accuracy and standardization of data in GT channels by month, by quarter;
- Drive ROI analysis and continuous improvement RGM culture;
- Review, analyse for COE BP/RE/Act for commercial Dept. and explain for variance accordingly;
- Ad-hoc reports related to DFR GT, DME and COE analysis;
- Back-up DSR/VMP report;
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Have experience in Finance, Accounting or Auditing is a plus
- Detail-oriented, willing to learn
- Good at building relationship with partners
- English fluency (both verbal and written)
- Basic computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
