Business Analyst (BA) cum Quality Control (QC) Engineer

Job Description

• Collect and analyze the requirements and recommend optimum integrated solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture. 
• Create full specification and design documents: System Requirement Specification (SRS) and Feature List. 
• Acting as the bridge between client and development team (PM, Developer) to clarify requirements both business and system analysis view. 
• Understand project requirements and identify test requirements/prepare test data
• Develop and maintain and execute manual test cases for web application and mobile application project 
• Client-facing; participate in phone conferences; be interviewed by customers; be involved in customer workshops and presentations 

• Graduated from University of Information Technology or equivalent fields.
• At least 03 years of proven experience as a business analyst or quality control/tester or similar role.
• Experience in building and designing mockup models, UML.
• Writing skill, presentation documents, presentations, and training in both English and Vietnamese.
• Good at communication, presentation, reporting, problem solving skills.
• Responsible for products made, willing to accept difficulties from the start-up environment.
• Experience in Automation test is a big plus.
