Mô tả công việc
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats, research studies of feasibility and capabilities to adopt new technology solutions to Vietnam Market in general and Okxe in particular.
- Study the business needs and assist business users on solutions to support business development and fully utilize the system capability, or fill in the gaps between expectation and system capability.
- Ensures alignment, coordination and communication to the business and IT for all deliverables and key metrics consistent with input/direction from the affected project managers.
- Provide single point of contact with the business end user departments, IT project manager, Vendor with respect to project activities
- Provides oversight into the Analysis of business requirements and ensures that the information systems solutions address complex business needs
- Delivery business requirement in UML. Transform business requirement into IT system requirement.
- Develop program plan, manage well the task force list target deliverable and solution proposed
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Consolidate and/or compare external research report with internal report for management having global view of the market status and new trend business support IT solution.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Mathematics or related subjects.
- Having working experience as a IT Solution, Business Analysis at least 2 years or Project Manager/ Coordinator.
- Knowledge general system architecture.
- Reading technical documents in English good, basic communication
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Independent, Energetic, Enthusiastic, Willing to learn new things and ability to adapt with changes.

- Having working experience as a IT Solution, Business Analysis at least 2 years or Project Manager/ Coordinator.
