Business Analysist (Finance)

1. Doing month-end closing & reporting
- Prepare journal vouchers and review the functional expenses then highlight to partners if any Variances vs RE/BP or wrong booking
- Do reconciliation between FI/CO on SAP functions for month-end closing on the system
- Support Business Analysts in reporting team to do the routine/ad-hod reports (P&L comparison, COE commentaries, monthly deck, etc.) for month-end closing
- Prepare P&L by regions & channels by SKUs to provide the insightful profitability analysis for management team.
2. Support team on RE/BP/SBP process
- Prepare and follow up the timeline with related parties to ensure that RE/BP process will be completed smoothly and on time with accuracy
- Download/upload data into SAP and BCS system to submit RE/BP reports to Group
- Doing analysis reports such as volume, mix and price variance for NSR and COGS to measure the root causes of their material variances
- Support team on making GP file report including volume, NSR & COGS analysis; P&L comparison: RE/BP presentation & analysis, etc.
3. Business partnering: Act as financial partner to shared service (HR, IT, Finance, Legal, MD, Procurement)
- Closely work with the partners to ensure that cost is booked correctly and well-controlled against budgeted
- Daily review and highlight to cost center owners if any significant variances
- Prepare JVs for month-end closing and upload RE/BP cost into SAP
- Do analysis report for COE to deeply understand on the driven cost of variance

- Bachelor’s in financial & Accounting, MBA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA is preferable
- 2 years’ experience minimum in Business Analyst and reporting, Finance Planning & Analysis or at least two years in the same position
- Knowledgeable about accounting & financial as well as SAP ERP system, FMCG background is preferable
- Solid in analytical skills & detailed-oriented
- Good skills in Microsoft Office Application especially excellent in using of excel formula
- Higher degree of maturity, confidence ang high level of proficiency in English language with strong communication, influencing & interpersonal skills with delivery through others and manage: multiple stakeholders effectively in a matrix organization
