Business Analysis-Commercial (Finance Business Partner)

Responsible for controlling commercial processes, activities, budgeting & spending DME & OVH to ensure Commercial spending are efficiently and effectively controlled, and to make commercial financial analysis for all projects and reporting.


- Monitor commercial A&P & Overheads spending to ensure budget is properly administered by monthly variance analysis and forecast. Support in AP & LE process.


- Business partner to commercial team by challenging reasonableness and advising on financials of commercial promotions/incentives/activities

- Advise commercial team on where and how to improve efficiency via commercial spend productivity analysis

- Involve in daily commercial activities as a member of the Commercial Activity Committee to enhance the transparencey of the purchasing process of commercial services/goods and to ensure suppliers/agencies are selected based on the approved set of criteria (such as MKT concept/idea, delivery timeline, competitive quote, and for the best interest of the company...)

- Conduct on-site checks/verification and post-morterm evaluation for the jobs of both internal commercial sections and external suppliers/agencies, coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure performance of commercial activities as set/approved.

- Generate and analyse monthly commercial management report including A&P, overheads and profitability by key granularities (brand, sku, region, channel, etc.)

- Ensure compliance of processes and procedures within Commercial Dept. relating to all commercial activities

- Improve commercial related system (OSR, eCPMS, etc)

* University graduate in Finance & accounting

*5 year experience in relevant position in FMCG companies

*Strong knowledge of HVBL daily commercial operations and requirements (preferable)

*Professional certificate in auditing & accounting is an advantage

*Conversant in written and spoken English
