Business Analysis & Project Management Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review the business processes and implement/suggest technology solutions in a cost-effective way.
- Effectively and proactively communicate to business users to understand requirements and coordinate to stakeholders, facilitators and partners for seamless process improvement.
- Research & make analysis that supports decision-making process at senior management level, ensuring continuous improvement of such processes for the whole business in the company.
- Analyze the business needs, current processes, current systems to suggest solutions to automate processes with digital solutions.
- Manage user expectation, IT project portfolio and manage project managers/business analysts to deliver timely and with quality. Co-ordinate with vendors and users to finalize the user requirements and define feasible roadmaps for IT projects.
- Monitoring IT Projects (both Waterfall and Agile projects) to meet timeline and within the budget, control the deliverables from the vendor. Allocate BA and PM resources for projects to make sure project is on time and within budget.
- Be part of the project team to implement the new digital solutions to transform the organization to a new level. Responsible for digital journeys, continuous improvement, and delivery of those initiatives.
- Understand the architecture of the systems and give specifications/advises to the development team when needed.
- Be part of the budget planning process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education Background: Have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science

2. Minimum Experience
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with Business Analysis and project management.
- Experience in financial industry (either insurance, stock market, banking).
- Having experience in software development.

3. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge , Skill, Abilities)
- Being fluent English speaker
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate and express ideas to all stakeholders (both internal and external).
- Co-operation: Able to work effectively with various levels of the organization, intra and inter-department/functional unit, with users, superiors and peers.
- Be proactive and be with self motivation.
- Work Standards: Hard working and able to work efficiently and effectively under tight schedules.
- Planning Skills: Effectively manage and plan resource to meet pressing priorities/schedules and rapidly changing needs, which are often encountered in a new market/office situation.
- People Management: Good team management skills. Be civil in all levels of employee interaction. Handle superiors and colleagues with respect.
- Be able to catch up digital transformation trends and can apply new technology to solve business requirements and help business grow. Preferably had worked or been trained in an international environment.

− Experience in digital transformation with big data, process automation, cloud services, customer experience, digital frameworks.
− Knowledge about Internet development environment and web user experience
− Experience in implementing projects in finance, banking
