Job Description
Work Location: Long Thanh IZ, Dong Nai
Department in charge: Facilities Management (FCM) department
1. Budget Controller
* Plan & coordinate FCM budget
* Implement FCM budget-plan according to standards
* Control, analyze & report of FCM budget
2. Machine and Equipment (MAE) Coordinator
* Create business plan for investment budget planning, update LE for investment budget planning
* Manage the department and project's budget overview
* Support Investment Approval Request
3. FCM saving project coordinator & Asset coordinator
* Plan & coordinate FCM saving project
* Support Controlling department in fixed assets controlling (labeling & stocktaking)
4. Compliance officer & administration
* In charge of FCM's gratuities report
* Moderate FCM department meeting, review reports, connect FCM members
5. Yearly report request by management
* FCM performance profile, HcP plant target chart, FCM target chart
* EIS checklist, BVS report, accomplishment & achievement

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business administration
* Good command of English and presentation skill
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint, good knowledge of SAP system
* Experience in management accounting/management reporting/ financial analysis/ business performance analysis
* Strong organizational skills and proven ability to work independently or as a team player
