Mô tả công việc
Purpose of the position
• Manage shipment from booking to arrive at destination
• Manage vendors/shipper and carriers
• Communicate with all involved parties
• Check P&L of shipment
• Company applications update
Key Tasks
• To follow customers SOP and internal SOP
• To comply and meet all KPI from customers and company
• To follow up shipment: advices and feedback to customer and overseas stations shipment status and make respective booking arrangement (pickup, booking with carriers etc.).
• To check and verify documents and update company systems
• To carry out the approved improvement and changes on procedures and systems made by supervisors.
• To support M&S and overseas offices for retaining existing and gaining new customers
• To inform supervisors of any irregularities or problems that require assistance and to feedback on subcontractors standards and services.
• To feedback pre-claim details and status to customers.
• To handle incident management via IHT procedure and handles customer’s inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on related issues.
• To verify and post incoming invoices
• To handle and ensure billing/costing on time; control shipping run
• To handles customers statistics and reports.
• To complete all required task from company systems.
• To support and train new members in the team
• To optimize relationship in order to upsell for local service
• To take up additional tasks as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• BA Foreign Trade. In same or similar position in freight forwarding industry.
• Min. 2 years experience in logistics/ forwarding industry; Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations; Basic geography knowledge; Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese; Good PC skills. Good communication skills.
• Management skills: Good customer management and problem solving skills.
• Personality traits: Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent and assertive. A good team player.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
• Fluent in Microsoft office applications.
• Min. 2 years experience in logistics/ forwarding industry; Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations; Basic geography knowledge; Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese; Good PC skills. Good communication skills.
• Management skills: Good customer management and problem solving skills.
