We are now seeking Bridge System Engineer who will be to work with a large EC site system in Japanese having million users.
For this role, you should be:
• Understanding the requirements from JP side (JP operating SE or business side) and perfectly transfer it to VN side. Discussion, negotiation to make the requirements clearer or translation of the implementation idea from VN SE side is also in the scope of work.
• Having responsibility in quality assurance and smooth delivery of the output of VN side.

To really excel in this role, you need:
Must-have Skills
• Business level in Japanese (at least N2 of Japanese-Language Proficiency Test )
• Intermediate English level
• Communicate efficiently, interpersonal and cross-cultural skill
• Basic Computer science back ground
• Willing to study the client’s EC web system and the business logic by reading Japanese/English document/ reading code or hearing from Japanese SE, Vietnamese SE.
Nice-to-have Skills
• Experienced in working directly with Japanese customers
• Experienced with develop and/or operating business oriented software systems
• Experienced in managing and operating electronic commerce site
• Good at coaching and mentoring skills
• Ability of documentation is also appreciated
