Mô tả công việc
- Develop product of customer management system for airline domain
- Learn the idea of system design, the way of working process as well as project operation of Japanese customers
- Work directly with Japanese customers to clarify requirement, make project plan and manage project progress
- Transfer the business and quality requirements, detailed functions from the customer to the offshoring project team
- Assist client in defining requirements and suggest ideas
- Could implement coding, testing if needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Strong Japanese skills as frequently communicate with Clients (N2 or above)
- At least 1 year experience of similar position
- Able to work on-site in Japan
- Proficient with one of programming languages such as Java, .Net, PHP
- At least 5 years of working experience of which 3 years in design, coding, testing
- Good understanding of software development process
- Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure
- Experience of project management/team management is a plus
- Experience of working at Japanese company is a plus
- Big plus to candidate who want to live in Japan for long-term
- At least 1 year experience of similar position
- Able to work on-site in Japan
