Mô tả công việc
1. BrSE or IT Communicator (Build up to BrSE)
- Communicate with Japanese side on all project-related matters.
- Manage project or work closely with PM to monitor and control project.
- Analyze and transfer project’ requests to project team members during whole development process.
- Control and report project schedule, especial delivery milestones.
- Translate requirement, Q&A, email, etc.
2. Project Leader / Project Manager
- Contribute in all phases of software development lifecycle.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
- Analyze, clarify and transfer requirements to team members.
- Lead process of issue identification and resolution to help team members with the design and development tasks.
- Monitor, manage scope and risk tracking process.
- Work multiple projects simultaneously (more details will be discussed in the interview).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. BrSE or IT Communicator (Build up to BrSE)
- BS in Information Technology (IT).
- Good programming skill with Java/PHP (BrSE position).
- Good at writing and communication skills in Japanese. (Equivalent to N2 or more).
- Candidates who have worked in Japan or have experience working with Japanese partners is prioritized.
2. Project Leader / Project Manager
- BS in Information Technology (IT).
- Minimum of 03 years’ of project management or technical leadership experience in Web and Software Development.
- Mastered at least one project management methodology and is extensive experience with others (Agile/ Scrum).
- Experience of at least two software development lifecycles and is familiar with others.
- Strong technical background (ideally in Java, PHP).
- Proficient in English or Japanese with strong communication skill is a big plus.
- BS in Information Technology (IT).
