Mô tả công việc
- Receptionist:
• Answer external phone calls and direct to appropriate department/person.
• Give instructions when guests enter and leave the brewery.
• Receive requests for visiting the brewery. Host the brewery tour.
- Brewery service officer:
• Do administrative tasks to support all activities of the Brewery, such as: telephone operation, stationery, mail delivery, meeting room booking, hotel & air ticket booking, transportation, key management, etc.
• Compile list of milk for toxic allowance monthly, list of daily meals (for canteen). Check the quality of food and milk provided to employees. Meet with suppliers and do surveys to improve the quality.
• Monitor and check the quality of cleaning service, pest control service other supporting services regularly to ensure a clean, well-kept working environment. Meet with service supplier to revise service’s quality.
• Control, update documentary related to all supporting services (workers’ information, list of chemicals used, etc.).
• Follow and report expense in brewery office to Accounting Department. Raise ON, RFP for paying suppliers.
• Organize company’s regular events: Happy hour, Year End Party, Sport Events, etc.
• Follow and review KPI, BAS on a monthly basis and report.
• Other tasks as assigned by DGM, BM.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College/University Degree of Business Administration, Social, Language or related…
• At least 2 year experience at the same job
• Able to arrange and manage administrative tasks well.
• Conversant in spoken and written English.
• Very good communication, planning skills, Office computer skills
