Brewery Manager

Typical tasks:
- Oversee the staff while brewing
- Help hire new staff when needed
- Keep accurate stock numbers on a daily basis
- Help staff unload grain and load kegs into the truck (25 kilos)
- Schedule staff for brewing and daily work

We do not need brewery experience as we will train you on all jobs. What we really need is someone extremely professional and responsible.

Rooster beers is looking for help to manage our floor staff at the brewery. This is a management position and experience in management is a must. Ideally you are around 30 years old and have at least 5 years management experience. You must be fluent in English and Vietnamese, and don’t mind a little physical labor.

You will be the bridge between our brew master and our Vietnamese staff as they do their daily work.

Working Hour: 5-6 days a week 7-9 hour shifts
Salary: 20 Mil + depending on experience
