Basic Purpose and Objective of Job
- Responsible for selling Guardian marketing communication plan to suppliers and seek for brand sponsorship
- Coordinate with Marketing Communication Manager to devise, develop brand package to join Guardian
Marketing communication plan.
- Work closely with Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing Communication team to support supplier’s brand
launch, event and activation.
Principal Accountabilities
BRAND PARTNERSHIP
• Driving Brand Partnerships forward on a day to day basis in line with departmental marketing plans and objectives.
• Pro-actively seeking and acquiring new Brand Partnership opportunities for Guardian. Delivering high quality presentations, joining pitch meetings as well as tapping into key contacts
• Internally to help support Marketing Coms function.
• Taking responsibility for the full life cycle of the Brand Partnership and ensuring successful completion of projects from seeking sponsorship to executions with brands and reporting to brands.
• Sourcing, maintaining and expanding relationships with key contacts.
• Co-coordinating across Guardian internal department: Ops, Merchandising, Marketing Communication function in order to respond to brands proactively.
• Progress reporting to Head of Marketing on a regular basis.
• Attending label meetings and planning meetings with brands/suppliers and disseminating key points to drive brand opportunities of sponsorship for Guardian.
MANAGMENT AND COMMUNICATION:
• Good self management and able to relate with Marketing members in Marketing team.
• Lead key brand sponsorship projects and proactively ensure effective implementation of those delegated to other team members.
• Work closely and develop relationship with fulfilment bureau and other third parties.
Dimension
• Experience of coordinating with brands and knowledge of 360 communication platforms at senior level with technical skills in order to able to negotiate with brands.
• Planning, business oriented, financial principles
• Project Management implementation
• Financial accounting procedures: buying income.

• Hold bachelor degree, 3-4 experienced in marketing, advertising, design, digital or communication
• Media or Agency experience a plus
• Experience successfully developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for a product, service or experience.
• Strong communication skill and people management skills
• Project management and design management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage timelines and work on deadline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs

Leadership and influencing skills to all levels, internal and external.
Proven ability to manage all brands/suppliers
Strategic thinking: articulates strategic plans and anticipates unpredictability
Resilience: Demonstrate tenacity in achieving results, Stay calm and control under pressure

KNOWLEDGE
