Mô tả công việc
1. Brand Sales Performance.
2. Brand P&L Control.
3. Price Strategy.
4. Budget OTB PLAN (for BUYING)
5. Assortment strategy by door - Inventory Management.
6. Customer strategy: CRM and customer profile.
7. Marketing Plan (KOL, MACOM, TRADE) and follow-up with Marketing team on the execution.
8. Dealing with vendor on GWP, VM Prop, Operating Cost sharing (sales commision, age/slow moving,…)
9. Brand Report and Operation KPIs Report (Footfal, % Conversion rate, Quantity, Amount, Transaction, UPT, ATV).
10. Operation Management with SM/SA:
- Vendor Product training for store team.
- VM guideline and store refresh.
- Duty Roster arrangement.
- Time sheet
- Comission and Incentive monthly validation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Male/Female Age: 35-42.
- Fluent communication and negotiation both in English and Vietnamese.
- At least 5 years experience in Brand Management (Fashion Industry is a plus).
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate team members.

- Thời gian thử việc: 2 month
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h:30am – 5:30pm; Mon - Fri
