Mô tả công việc

 Brand Experience Expectations:
- Make commercial decisions that will enhance service & lead to improved KPIs.
- Think of & implement innovative ways to improve the Brand Experience across your region & business.
- Demonstrate a focus on the client by ensuring that your teams reflect & deliver the Brand values
- Coach store managers to overcome operational difficulties
- Be accountable for retail & visual merchandising standards & energise store teams to deliver the most distinctive stores on the high street.
- Ensure that Store Managers lead & host service within their stores.
- Understand client’s service needs & product requirements & ensure their feedback is acted upon.
- Establish what makes a client return to the brands & recommend the brands to others.
- Take actions to increase the number of clients visiting your stores.
- Actively grow the brands base & use it to drive your business.
- Give feedback to help improve & develop the Brand Experience.
 Operational expectations:
- Improve effectiveness of store operations to maximise sales & profit & deliver the Brand Experience.
- Ensure Front of House & Back of House procedures are being followed correctly.
- Set, lead & review actions to improve any operational or procedural issues in a timely manner.
- Take accountability to maintain high visual merchandising standards to achieve a consistent Brand image.
- Drive visual execution to ensure we are the most distinctive store in the market.
 Commercial Expectations:
- Set, prioritise & drive actions to improve & achieve KPIs.
- Analyse weekly, monthly & ad-hoc commercial information, & act upon findings to make business decisions & influence others to deliver KPIs.
- Manage stock levels and ensure appropriate inter branch transfers.
- Ensure all promotional activity is managed effectively and suitable for the brand positioning in the local market.
- Use commercial reports & local knowledge to share with the brand Merchandising team to influence & improve stock packages to ensure that margin & profit are maximised.
- Use local knowledge of competitors, economic climate & the retail industry to identify risks & opportunities, make commercial decisions & deliver the Retail Strategy.
- Identify local marketing opportunities to raise awareness of the Brand & drive profit, always ensuring that you maintain the Brand’s integrity by choosing events and partnerships that will complement or enhance the strength of the brand.
- Ensure all stores maintain strong commercial visual merchandising of product that help deliver KPIs.
- Encourage & demonstrate to store managers how to think commercially & achieve commercial targets through effective store visits, action planning & reviewing.
- Facilitate & drive the sharing of best practice to achieve commercial success for the store, region & Brand.
- Build relationships with host management teams and utilise host store opportunities.

- Ensure all managers & their teams are inducted effectively.

- Deliver timely, effective & energising communications to stores using the most appropriate method.

- Coach & support the store managers to identify & promptly manage their teams’ performance effectively.

- Manage underperformance in a timely & appropriate way

* Personal Qualities
- Experience in branding environment within the Retail / F&B sector, with 5 + years previous experience of management
- Excellent communicator.
- Strong negotiator/influencer with highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills.

- Highly numerate.

- Tenacious, focused and committed

* Commercial Skills

- Knows how to drive sustained results through maintaining excellent relations. Understands customer needs and is aware of cultural nuances

* General Management

- Thorough understanding of finance, systems, and HR; broad experience with the full range of business functions and systems, including strategic development and planning, budgeting, business analysis, finance, information systems, human resources, and marketing

* Computer Skills

- Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel

* Qualifications

- BA/MBA degree
– Candidates must speak fluent English and Vietnamese

* Experience

- Previous international franchise experience essential, sales /customer service and procurement experience desirable.
