Mô tả công việc
1. Initiate building annual Marketing Plan for the assigned product layers: Kid Meals, Birthday Parties & Parties at Homes.
2. Propose, develop and conduct the Marketing programs/campaigns of assigned product layers.
3. Initiate develop creative, media & research briefs and brief to Agencies (if needed).
4. Coordinate and lead internal and external partners to ensure projects done properly and at high quality
5. Follow up, visit stores and analysis feedback from customers, consumers, then propose solutions.
6. Support for other marketing activities (if requested).
7. Good control on project timeline and assigned Marketing budget.
8. Carry out any other duties assigned by Marketing Director

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education background: Bachelor Degree, Background of Marketing.
2. Experience: At least 3 year- experience of marketing in FMCG Industry or at least working as Brand Manager in FMCG companies.
3. Skills
- Strategic thinking.
- Good understanding of kids’ behaviors.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Brand Management, Consumers Understanding, Creativeness, Analytical Skills.
- Product and brand concept development.
- Market Segmentation knowledge.
- Proficiency in English & MS Office software.
- Good skill of presentation to big groups.
- Be creative within frame works and rules
4. Personalities
- Active, honest, result-oriented mind
5. Others
- Age from 26-35.
- Teamwork spirit, willing to work under high-pressure.
