Mô tả công việc
***Department: Marketing
***Purpose of Role:
• Be full responsibility to build the brand’s business both in volume, value and profitability
• Manage the development of new/existing products and markets in order to contribute to the achievement of the brand’s and company’s commercial and marketing objectives
• Ensure the effective implementation and execution of related Marketing activities, including above-the-line and below-the-line accordance with Company strategies and within Marketing budget
• Monitor brand performance and analyze the effectiveness of brand product portfolio, promotional, advertising and pricing strategies
• Develop the overall marketing plans/programs for assigned brand, including pricing, promotion and sales strategy, within overall Company marketing strategy
• Build brand and product awareness and strengthen the capability of field and customer service personnel to endorse the brand
• Maintains close liaison with Technology, QC, sales, production functions on design, distribution, and product specifications/changes as needed

***Key Accountabilities/ Job Description:
1. To be full responsible for planning and executing trade and consumer marketing activities, such as new product launching, consumer & trade promotions, media advertising, and sponsorship… in accordance with Company strategies & guidelines and within advertising & promotion budget as well as marketing plan.
2. To work successfully together with other departments in the development of new products, variants and packaging in order to react to market and competitors’ changes
3. To develop and implement together with GBM the advertising & promotion plan for the assigned product within marketing budget
4. To work side-by-side with Sales Department in developing product display, merchandising & point of sales materials and selling tool. Provide the Sales team with the right tool and make them very enthusiastic for your brand.
5. To conduct market research projects both through external parties as well as own observations during field visits. All to gain in-depth understanding of consumer’s perceptions, usages and attitudes. Subsequently develop projects and effective marketing tactics to respond to market’s needs and competitors activities.
6. To monitor and analyze sell- out and sell- in data per region/team weekly to ensure the smooth implementation and successful execution of brand programs
7. To keep close contact with sales people; to have clear view on effectiveness of PVM interventions, follow up on market changes and proposes activities relating to trade marketing to meet the customers’ demand about the quantity, kind, and point of sales presentation on time
8. To liaise with authorities to get approval for implementing marketing activities (outdoor and indoor advertising, promotion, sampling campaigns…); co-operates with the third parties in planning and implementing all products development, innovation and advertising strategies in line with Company’s strategies
9. To perform other related-duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Technical/ Professional knowledge and skills
o Knowledge: degree in Marketing/ Business Administration; or at least 3 years experience in brand management or marketing communication
o Skills: Presentation, Communication (both oral & written in Vietnamese & English), excellent use of PowerPoint, Excel
- Operational analysis
- Sales ability & persuasiveness
- Innovation
- Initiating action
o Knowledge: degree in Marketing/ Business Administration; or at least 3 years experience in brand management or marketing communication
